I’ve always found goal-setting a bit tricky.
In school, it felt straightforward—the goal was to pass or get good grades, and I’d often set a target without feeling invested. Later, in my career, the goals were set by the company, and I followed the vision laid out for us. But when I decided to create something for myself, I realized there was no predefined path, and my dreams needed focus to become real.
Over the past year, I’ve come to love this process of “dream, do, and adjust.” I learned that achieving big goals isn’t about wishing for them and crossing your fingers. It’s about directing your focus and making consistent steps that move you forward. Now, I get to do what I enjoy most: help others gain that same clarity. The Breakthrough Game Plan VIP Day was born from this journey, a 90-minute session to help you break through and align your actions with what really matters.
